As summer begins to wind down, many people expect life to return to normal. Vacations end. Children head back to school. Parents return to structured routines. Work schedules become busier, alarm clocks start ringing earlier, and calendars quickly begin filling with commitments.

Eating balanced meals that include complex carbohydrates, lean protein, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables, and mineral-rich foods provides a steady supply of nutrients for energy production.
